Community Listening Session #1
Charities Housing plans to build two two-story buildings with 39 affordable apartments and one staff apartment. The buildings will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with 19 units designated for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The IDD and non-IDD tenant populations will be randomly distributed throughout each building.
The development will serve extremely low-income (below 30% AMI) and very low-income (below 50% AMI) individuals and families. It will include a Community Room, office and meeting spaces for resident programs, and an outdoor recreation area.
Attend the Listening Session to learn more and participate in Q & A.
